Lord Mayor opens the PPL

In 2018, the PPL relocated from North Hill to the former doctor's surgery in St. Barnabas Terrace.

The building had to be upgraded, although original oak shelving from North Hill was used at this new location.

In the spring of 2019, the building was officially opened by the Lord Mayor of Plymouth, Sam Davey, at a special ceremony in the library.
